conMÓR is Conor Moore — a play on his own surname, mór being the Irish for big. It fits. He has been playing since he was eight and has spent the years since on stages most drummers only read about.
He was lead drummer and co-creator of Coláiste Lurgan's Avicii vs Lurgan, now past 7.6 million views — the video that pulled him into Seo Linn and three years of touring, recording and performing at home and abroad. Along the way: three shows with Kelly Clarkson, percussion with Celtic Woman, the X Factor live shows, and European tours with Danceperados of Ireland.
He runs Sound Out Rhythm, taking drum and rhythm workshops into schools across Ireland, and still plays weddings, parties and festivals himself — drums, percussion, bodhrán and cajon.
